  • My order arrived with the wrong and/or missing items

    Contact us ASAP by email at support@prevailkeyco.com or message us on Discord, and we will correct the issue at no cost to you. We can also provide pre-paid return labels to send any incorrect items back to us.
  • My order hasn't arrived within the delivery ETA

    All shipping ETAs are for after the order has been processed and sent out, so please include an additional 1-2 business days to account for this.   • Where is my order?

    All order confirmation emails include a tracking link, if you cannot find it then please reach out to us support@prevailkeyco.com and we can help!
  • Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

    All orders take at least 1-2 business days to process and ship out, also there may be courier delays, holidays or tracking hasn't updated.
