My order arrived with the wrong and/or missing items
Contact us ASAP by email at support@prevailkeyco.com or message us on Discord, and we will correct the issue at no cost to you. We can also provide pre-paid return labels to send any incorrect items back to us. -
My order hasn't arrived within the delivery ETA
All shipping ETAs are for after the order has been processed and sent out, so please include an additional 1-2 business days to account for this.
