My item arrived broken or damaged

We do our best to package all orders as best as we can, but accidents can occur when shipping items domestically or internationally. If any item in your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us ASAP so we can assist.

Route shipping insurance is very highly recommended as it is inexpensive and covers damage, theft or loss. They are very good at refunding or paying for a replacement with little hassle, it also helps us out tremendously.

Even without insurance, contact us as we will still do our best to offer a refund or replacement.
