How long will it take to get my order?
If you're located in the US, the average shipping time is 3-5 business days. This is assuming no delays which can happen and are out of our control. You can also pay for expedited shipping with a small variety of couriers. -
I'm an international customer, how long will shipping take?
International orders usually take 3-5 weeks on average, assuming non-expedited shipping. We highly recommend paying extra for faster shipping with UPS or DHL. With UPS or DHL, it should arrive within a week or less. -
I paid for expedited shipping, why hasn't my order arrived in 1-2 days?
When you pay for overnight, two or three day shipping, that does not include order processing time. The shipping time is once the courier has the package, we still need 1-2 business days to process orders. My order hasn't arrived within the ETA, what should I do?
You will have to contact customer support for the courier that was chosen at checkout, they will be able to help locate the package or give an updated ETA. After orders are shipped, as per our Shipping Policy, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. -

My order might be lost or stolen, can I have a refund or new shipment?
